Note:  The test database used to produce the screens for this presentation did not have recorded the recipe information for every dish. Thus although ingredients M1041 and M1042 are in fact recipes contributing Cauliflower to the basic ingredients, the software is only informed of the details for M1043 as a nested recipe. Therefore the Basic Ingredients total for 1_004 - Cauliflower (raw) only reports the contributions to dish M1901 directly as 1_004 (5g) and from the nested recipe M1043 (11.19g rounded to 11.2g).
