Food Table Input program
Food Table Input version 1.1B (FTI 1.1B) has now been released. Further details of the basic facilities as implemented in FTI 1.0 are available in the Food Table Input 1.0 Overview and further information on the FTI 1.1 enhancements is available in the report of current developments.

Food Table Viewer program
Food Table Viewer version 1.0 (FTI 1.0) is available to access the Swedish Food tables and individual publication files of The Composition of Foods, the U.K. food tables. Other national food tables may be converted to the Food Table Viewer format when the demand arises. Further details of the program are available in the Food Table Viewer 1.0 Description.

Reformatting of The Composition of Foods data files
The MW Reader software is now available for reformatting the data files corresponding to The Composition of Foods, 5th Edition and its supplements. Files are converted to a Microsoft Access format for use in database software or with Food Table Viewer software which provides facilities for the selection of data and their output for use in spreadsheet software.
Alternatively a service is provided for reformatting the data files, provided by the client or obtained direct from HMSO as the suppliers on the client's behalf. For further details of the software or reformatting service, please e-mail to Ian Unwin.
