Each main food group of Eurocode 2 is listed on the pages available through the links below. The scientific names of the food, similar products or examples of the food have been included where possible. Many specific examples of cheeses and sausages are listed. The cheeses have been classified according to the most common fat percentages found in the literature. Some cheeses are classified under more than one code due to varying fat content.
