ClassPad instructions

ClassPad

ClassPad allows different versions of the Eurocode 2 classification system to be compared by opening them in new, separate browser windows. Columns of buttons give access to the various versions of Eurocode. By selecting the button in the row for a Main Group, the classification lists can be positioned to show the required details. The following procedure is recommended:

  1. Click on the required Main Group button in the column for the first required version
  2. Return to the original ClassPad window and click on the Main Group button for the second required version of Eurocode
  3. Minimise all but the two new windows
  4. Tile the windows either vertically (possibly better for comparing the list of categories) or horizontally (perhaps better for comparing the details of individual categories). Windows are tiled by clicking with the right-hand mouse button on an unused part of the taskbar at the bottom of the Windows 95 or 98 screen and making the appropriate selection from the resulting pop-up menu.
